• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes creativity and achievement.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Support students in developing their artistic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Art within a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for creative education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
