Project Support Officer New

Rikama Education are currently supporting a trust in the greater Eastbourne area in the recruitment of a Project Support Officer who can support the trust with a wide range of projects, from conception through to delivery.

A number of projects are currently underway, and include telecoms, new classrooms, fire alarm systems, playgrounds, roof replacements, which you will help coordinate and monitor progress.

Supported by the Operations Team, you will have experience of managing various projects, be able to work on your own initiative, have excellent communication skills and be able to see projects through from detailing requirements, obtaining quotes from suppliers, liaising with senior management, and seeing through the installation process to completion.

You will also have experience of organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes. All whilst ensuring projects align with school policies, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.

This role is for an immediate start and will run initially for the duration of the summer term, with the possibility of extension into a permanent role.
