Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're an experienced TA, a recent graduate, or someone looking to start a rewarding career in education, we'd love to hear from you.

✅ Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

✅ Assisting the class teacher with learning activities

✅ Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN

✅ Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment

✅ Encouraging pupil confidence, progress and independence

✔ Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable

✔ A positive, patient and proactive attitude

✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✔ A passion for supporting children's learning and development

✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
