Pay Rate: £150 – £260 per day, depending on experience

Supply Desk is looking for passionate and motivated Primary Teachers to support schools in the surrounding East Sussex area.

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and/or KS2.

• Plan learning activities that meet the needs of pupils with different abilities.

• Create a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel confident and supported.

• Assess learning and adapt teaching to help pupils make progress.

• Encourage curiosity, creativity and a love of learning.

• Maintain positive behaviour and clear classroom expectations.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school staff.

• Contribute to pupils' academic, social and emotional development.

• QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

• Experience teaching within a primary school, or ECT status.

• Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

• Confidence managing a classroom and engaging pupils.

• A flexible, proactive approach to teaching.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A genuine commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.

• Competitive daily rates of £150 – £260, depending on experience.
