Alongside classroom teaching, you will work with individual pupils through targeted interventions and 1:1 support session where necessary, ensuring all learners can access the curriculum and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Differentiate teaching to support a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
• Provide targeted support and interventions for students requiring additional assistance.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and school leaders.
• Track and assess student progress, implementing strategies to drive achievement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
• Support students with additional needs, including SEN, where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to inclusive education and high standards of teaching.
• Experience supporting students with varying learning needs is desirable.
