Supply Desk are seeking a professional, passionate, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Watford area, starting this September.
This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is confident working with Year 4 pupils and is committed to creating an engaging, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to helping every child achieve their full potential while contributing positively to the wider school community.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 pupils, monitoring and assessing pupil progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents and carers. The role also offers opportunities to become involved in extra-curricular activities and school initiatives, helping to enrich the educational experience for all pupils.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Year 4 pupils
• Track and report students’ progress
• Liaise with parents/carers to deliver reports
• Contribution to extra-curricular activities and after-school clubs
• Cooperation with colleagues in order to deliver the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
• Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
• Primary classroom experience, ideally within Year 4
• Passion for the development of learning
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Inclusive ethics
• Knowledge/Maintenance/Promotion of safeguarding
