The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and the wider school community.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners.
• Uphold high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
• Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment.
• Has a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices.
• Is committed to inclusive education and supporting the needs of every pupil.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
