About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and passionate Year 3 teacher to lead an engaging and dynamic classroom. You will play a key role in nurturing both academic and personal growth, helping our pupils thrive in a friendly, inclusive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver stimulating lessons that spark curiosity and critical thinking.
• Support each child’s individual development, tailoring learning to their needs and interests.
• Work closely with colleagues to create cross-curricular projects and innovative learning experiences.
• Foster a positive classroom culture where pupils feel safe, valued, and confident to explore new ideas.
• Engage actively with parents and the wider community to support children’s learning journeys.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• A creative, adaptable approach to teaching with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing.
• Passion for inclusive education and developing the whole child.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a vibrant school community.
