Full Time: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: £90–£120 per day
Day one, you’re supporting.
Week three, you’re helping pupils stay on task.
By the end of term, you’re part of how the classroom works.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your role grows through consistency. You support pupils, reinforce routines, and contribute to a classroom environment where learning becomes easier.
Key responsibilities
Support pupils during lessons and activities
Work with individuals and small groups
Reinforce instructions and expectations
Assist with behaviour management
Support transitions and classroom organisation
Work alongside teachers effectively
