Salary:(M1-U3) £34,398 – £56,154

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our dedicated team, teaching a Year 3 class from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your teaching career in a supportive environment that values inclusion, creativity and high expectations for all pupils within Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Foster a positive classroom culture built on respect, resilience and high expectations
• Support the academic, social and emotional development of all pupils
• Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and ensure progress for every child
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues

• Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
