This opportunity is based within a range of mainstream primary schools in King's Lynn, offering supportive and well-structured environments focused on delivering high-quality education. As a Primary Teacher, you will take full responsibility for delivering engaging lessons and managing your classroom effectively. Roles are available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on your preference and experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment
  • Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching where needed
  • Working collaboratively with other staff members and support teams
  • Creating a structured and inclusive classroom atmosphere

This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) looking to work in a mainstream primary setting.

You'll need:

  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Confidence delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
  • A proactive and organised approach to teaching
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience in UK primary schools is preferred, but adaptable and enthusiastic teachers are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
