Flexbile Primary Teacher work across Southampton!

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a range of partner primary schools across Southampton who are seeking a flexible and committed Primary Teacher for supply opportunities.

This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to gain valuable experience across a variety of school settings while maintaining flexibility in their working week. Opportunities are available across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, offering a diverse and engaging teaching experience.

We are looking for a practitioner who is confident, adaptable, and able to quickly integrate into new classroom environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
