Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity? Teaching Personnel is proud to be the preferred staffing partner for the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (OLoL MAT), and we are currently recruiting skilled and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work across its schools in Grantham and the surrounding villages.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of warm, welcoming, and high‑performing schools committed to providing exceptional education rooted in strong values.

We are seeking EYFS, KS1, and KS2 teachers for a mixture of:

• Day-to-day supply
• Short- and long-term placements
• Full-time and part-time roles
• Opportunities for permanent positions within the MAT

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality teaching to inspire and engage pupils
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment
• Planning and delivering lessons (where required) in line with school curriculum
• Contributing to assessment and progress tracking
• Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership teams

Teaching Personnel works in direct partnership with the OLoL MAT, meaning you will benefit from:

You do not need to be Catholic to apply, but you must be supportive of the Trust’s ethos and values.

We welcome applications from:

• Fully qualified Primary Teachers (ECTs and experienced teachers)
• Confident practitioners with strong classroom management
• Teachers who are adaptable and able to work across different year groups
• Individuals passionate about high-quality teaching and positive outcomes

You must have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Competitive daily rates: £140–£190 per day (role dependent)
• A dedicated consultant for Grantham and the OLoL MAT

  • Curriculum and subject-specific training
• Opportunities for long-term and permanent placements within Trust schools

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
