Teaching Personnel are actively seeking passionate educators to join our team for both long and short-term roles.

Who Can Be a Supply Teacher?

To qualify, you must hold UK QTS and possess experience across two Key Stages (EYFS and KS1 or KS1 and KS2). We are looking for individuals with excellent behavior management skills, coupled with a flexible attitude. Ideally, you should be available 2 – 5 days per week, have access to your own transport, and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes.

Being a Supply Teacher...

While most assignments are booked in advance, there may be instances where you are called between 7 am and 9 am for same-day work. Most schools will provide daily plans, but having a bank of resources suitable for all year groups is essential. Working across various schools, you will adhere to each institution's policies, assess children's work, and provide handover notes for the returning class teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
