Who We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who are not just passionate about full-time work but are also ready to actively participate in school extracurricular activities. Ideally available for 2 – 5 days per week, with personal transportation and a willingness to travel up to 30 minutes, your prompt availability is highly valued as schools urgently require dedicated educators.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating a robust understanding of the current KS1/KS2 curriculum
  • Applying effective classroom behavior management strategies
  • Upholding a commitment to safeguarding, promoting welfare, and championing the rights of young people
  • Executing the aims, policies, and ethos of the school
  • Fostering creativity in both lessons and play
  • Embracing a sense of humor, being an attentive listener, and maintaining a positive outlook

Qualifications We're Looking For

To be considered, you should possess:

  • Recent and relevant teaching experience across the KS1/KS2 curriculum
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to leaving a positive impact on young lives.

Essential Requirements

  • A PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Previous teaching experience in the Early Years
  • Availability for 2-5 days a week
  • The ability to provide a comprehensive 6-year career history
  • Two reputable references
  • UK residency

Desirable Qualifications

While not mandatory, candidates with the following qualifications will be favorably considered:

  • SEN knowledge
  • A UK driving license

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
