We urgently require dedicated and trained Primary School teachers for various roles in Lincoln and its neighboring areas. Ideal Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about their work and are willing to engage in the school’s extracurricular activities. Ideally, you should be available for full-time work, 3 to 5 days per week, with access to your own transportation, and open to traveling up to 30 minutes. The sooner you are available, the better, as schools require teachers urgently and bookings are received daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of the current KS1/KS2 curriculum
  • Strong classroom behavior management skills
  • Ability to provide emotional support to children struggling during COVID
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
  • Implementation of school policies and ethos
  • Encouraging creativity in lessons and play
  • Possessing a sense of humor, active listening skills, and a positive outlook

Essential Requirements:

  • PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Previous experience teaching in Early Years (KS1/KS2)
  • Availability for 2-5 days a week
  • Ability to provide a 10-year career history
  • Two reputable references
  • UK residency

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • UK driving license

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
