  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students
  • Assess and record students' progress and development
  • Create a positive learning environment in the classroom
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding students' progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant field
  • Enhanced DBS check

Degree in Education or relevant field

Previous experience working as a primary school teacher

  • Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
  • Full-time position with standard school hours
  • Classroom-based teaching with some additional responsibilities such as parent meetings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
