  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students
  • Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback
  • Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting

  • Thorough understanding of child development principles
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficiency in using educational technology in the classroom
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Specialist training in a specific subject area
  • Full-time position with regular school hours
  • Classroom-based teaching with additional responsibilities such as lesson planning and assessment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
