Primary Teacher - Guarenteed work scheme

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time, term-time hours. All planning is completed.

We work with partner schools that require us to support them with supply teachers for longer term cover and emergency supply, ensuring the smooth running of the classroom and ensuring the children's education is streamlined and kept to a great quality. We recruit teachers who love teaching and being within the classroom but do not want to extra responsibility of planning and after school requirements. 

£110 - £145 Per day

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Join our guaranteed work scheme as a supply teacher within primary schools in West Sussex. We offer guaranteed work on a part-time or full-time basis. As a primary teacher, you will have the flexibility to work across KS1 and KS2 without the need for planning.

As a Primary Teacher, your main duties include: - Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school students - Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Planning and implementing engaging lesson plans based on the UK curriculum - Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support - Managing student behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning atmosphere - Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student development - Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities

- 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting, ECT's may also apply.

- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and assessment strategies - Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Proficient in using technology for teaching and learning purposes

- Work is conducted within a primary school setting - Full-time hours, following the school's academic calendar - Collaboration and communication with colleagues and parents - Potential for occasional extracurricular activities or events - Adherence to school policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
