Class Teacher - Year 4, Part-Time, Job share

Teaching Personnel is working with a school in Crawley to work as part of a job share in Year 4, to work 2 days per week to release the teacher for SLT and PPA time until the end of the academic year starting after half-term and run for the academic year. This would be just regular supply and require no planning. This could be a position that goes on to contract after a period of review. 

The school has excellent facilities and supportive staff and head teacher looking to support an experienced teacher looking for part-time or an ECT looking to gain experience.

Part time working (job share)

As class Teacher you will offer outstanding teaching to a small class of students and lead a team of support staff in the class, including performance management of the Higher Level Teaching Assistant. You must have UK QTS and experience within a primary school.

Teaching includes planning, preparation, delivery, assessment, evaluation and reporting responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with all other school staff in order to create and maintain outstanding opportunities for our students’ academic progress, care and therapeutic learning support and promotion of enrichment and life skills development. You will also work closely with the students’ families and other professionals.
