Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated General Supply Teachers to join our team in the Wakefield area. As a leading education recruitment agency, we work closely with schools to provide high-quality teaching staff to meet their needs.

Job Description:

  • Provide cover for absent teachers across various subjects and year groups.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on school policies and curriculum guidelines.
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required by the school.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support the learning and development of students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in different school settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
