Primary Supply Teacher - Southampton

Pay –£130 - £215

Hours - 8am – 3.30PM  3 days a week throughout the Autum Term

Start – October 2026

Supply desk are looking for a PPA Teacher to work throughout key stages in  a “Good”  primary school in Southampton. Your role would be ensuring that pupils receive a consistently high standard of education. You will need excellent classroom management skills and a thorough knowledge of the current National Curriculum. You will encourage positive pupil development and monitor pupil’s progression, whilst contributing to the schools’ culture and policies.

This is a great opportunity to get to know a school and different year groups and maybe a more permanent position later on.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience teaching in a primary school- KS1 and 2
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • QTS
  • Current DBS registered on the update service or willing to apply
