Why work with Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexible work to fit around your lifestyle and commitments
  • Opportunities across a range of primary schools in Dorset
  • No expectation to take on full planning and marking responsibilities for daily supply work
  • The opportunity to experience different schools, year groups and environments
  • Competitive rates of pay based on your experience and qualifications
  • Support from a dedicated recruitment consultant
  • Access to Teaching Personnel's CPD and training opportunities
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunities for both short-term and longer-term placements

Who are we looking for?

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Teachers with QTS
  • ECTs looking to gain experience
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants
  • HLTA-qualified staff
  • Educators with previous primary school experience
  • Individuals who are passionate about supporting children's learning and development

You don't need to be available every day – if you can offer even one day a week, we'd still love to hear from you.
