Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity of learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners.
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
  • Provide feedback to school staff regarding student progress and lesson outcomes.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching within Primary, Secondary, or SEN settings.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a professional attitude.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
