Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a welcoming primary school in East Sussex on a flexible, ad hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking variety, flexibility, and a better work-life balance.

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different classes and routines
  • Provide feedback to staff on pupil progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience within UK primary schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and confident working at short notice
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
