About Us: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team and work across various schools within the WF (Wakefield) post codes. Role Overview: As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Year 6, covering classes in the absence of the regular class teacher. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure the smooth running of the classroom, fostering a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures, including behavior management strategies and safeguarding protocols.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, providing support and encouragement to help them achieve their potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of work covered and report back to the regular class teacher as necessary.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners and ensure all students are engaged and challenged.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching across EYFS to Year 6, preferably within UK schools.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and cover a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
