We are recruiting a Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a small, welcoming primary school in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support, ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, SEN, or mental health.
The Role
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who need help managing emotions, behaviour, and access to learning. You will support children throughout the school day, including during moments of emotional dysregulation, helping them to develop positive coping strategies in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
