Primary School Teacher - Music Coordinator - Harrow

I am seeking a talented primary school teacher interested in a role with an additional TLR in music.

In this role, in addition to general day to day teaching, you will also serve as the schools Music Coordinator.

This unique opportunity requires PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), along with proficiency in piano playing at Grade 5 or higher.

As Music Coordinator, you'll have the chance to:

• Oversee school music programme, you won't be teaching music yourself, rather you will be in charge of overseeing external peripatetic teachers ensuring they are delivering a programme that's in line with school expectations.
• Playing a supporting role as official pianist for school productions.
• Coordinate and direct musical performances, showcasing the talents of students to the wider community.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate music into cross-curricular activities, enriching the overall educational experience.
