A welcoming and well-established primary school in West Burnley is looking to appoint a full-time class teacher from September 2026. The school is open to candidates who would prefer to work in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on experience and strengths.

  • Full-time class teacher position in KS1 or KS2
  • Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assessing pupils’ progress and supporting individual needs
  • Working as part of a supportive and collaborative staff team
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Open to ECTs and experienced teachers (M1–M6)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
