Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (£40,657 - £58,941, dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent or 1-Year Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

You will:

• Teach and support a small class of pupils with Autism (ASC) and/or complex needs
• Deliver engaging, personalised learning tailored to individual needs

• Work closely with support staff and a wider multidisciplinary team

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs welcome
• Is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs
• Has a positive, resilient and proactive approach
• Works effectively as part of a team
• Is motivated to make a real difference

Experience with autism (ASC) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of approaches such as THRIVE and behaviour management strategies is beneficial, but a willingness to learn is essential.
