Teaching Personnel are working with one of our partner schools who are seeking to appoint a skilled teacher of PE, with the ability to teach Core PE throughout the school as welll as examination courses at GCSE and A-Level by negotiation. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers and the school offer a fully supported induction programmes, tailored CPD and regular subject specific mentoring & whole school professionnal development. 

The successful candidate will be a well-qualified and dynamic teacher, committed to raising students' skills and willing to take an active part in the faculty's thriving extra-curricular programme. It would partically suit candidates with an interest in Girls Football with opportunites for involvement in local community base projects. Pe is taught to all students throughout Key Stage 3; students have a 1 hour 40 minute lesson and a 50 minute lesson each week. At Key Stage 4, as well as Core PE which is taught to all studetns, GCSE PE is a very well subscribed option. The subject is also popular in the Sixth Form and severral students o on to study PE or health-related courses at higher education each year. Examination outcomes at both GCSE and A-Level are strong. The PE faculty comprimises 6 full time staff and several part-time staff. 

The faculty teaching spaces comprimise extensive grass platying fields, astro-turf pitches, outdoor tennis courts, sports hall, gymnaisum, recently re-designed multi-gym and the faculty also has its own dedicated indoor classroom and IT suite.
