Key Responsibilities:

• Physical Education: Deliver high-quality P.E lessons that engage and motivate students, promoting skill development, teamwork, and physical fitness.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the P.E curriculum, incorporating diverse activities and initiatives to meet the needs and interests of all students.
• Extra-curricular Programs: Lead and support extracurricular sports clubs, teams, and events, providing opportunities for students to participate and excel in competitive and recreational sports.
• Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the importance of physical fitness and wellbeing, encouraging students to adopt healthy lifestyle habits and make positive choices for their overall health and happiness.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification, with a specialism in Physical Education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
