Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for full-time Pastoral Support Workers to work within specialist SEN school settings across: Fawley, Dibden, Totton and Romsey.
These schools support children and young people aged 7-16 with a range of severe and complex needs linked to:
As a Pastoral Support Worker within an SEN school, your role will focus heavily on supporting students' emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement throughout the school day. Many pupils within these settings can struggle with emotional regulation, communication, trust and accessing education due to previous experiences or additional needs.
You will act as a consistent, calm and positive role model for students, helping them feel safe, supported and ready to learn.

The schools offer an incredibly supportive environment with small class sizes of no more than 4 students per class, allowing staff to provide consistent and meaningful support. Every class has a Teacher alongside either an LSA or Pastoral team member at all times.
Monday-Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm
£15.70 per hour
