• Working hours of 8:15am - 3:30pm
• Opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Choice of preferred year groups
• Exposure to a variety of primary school settings

• Enhanced DBS support where required
• Valuable experience to support your ECT journey

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Follow and implement the National Curriculum effectively
• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual learners
• Establish positive behaviour expectations and classroom routines
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or recently qualified teacher
• Have a good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum
• Be eager to develop your teaching skills and experience
• Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Be enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about education

• Passionate about helping children achieve their potential
• Adaptable and confident in new environments
• Positive, dedicated, and enthusiastic
• Able to quickly build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Committed to creating engaging learning experiences
