Salary:  £25.00 Per hour

The One to One SEN Maths and English Tutor will be responsible for providing individualised support and instruction to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Mathematics and English.

  • Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions in Mathematics and English
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and feedback
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of Maths and English curriculum
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of UK tutoring or teaching experience
  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs
  • Experience with online tutoring platforms

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
