We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated Nurture Support Assistant to join our supportive primary school team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s social, emotional and behavioural development and helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will work closely with pupils who require additional nurture support, providing a calm, structured and nurturing environment in which children can build confidence, emotional resilience and positive relationships.
Location: Burnley
Hours: Full-time: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Salary: £14.25 - £15 per hour
Start Date: Monday 1st September 2026
