We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurture Teacher to join a specialist SEN provision in Flitwick within the education and training sector. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Key Responsibilities - Flitwick

• Deliver tailored nurture-based learning sessions to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs
• Build strong, trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
• Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour strategies
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external professionals
• Contribute to EHCP targets and monitor pupil progress

We are looking for a Nurture Teacher who is:

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Passionate about or experienced in SEN/SEMH education
• Calm, patient, and resilient in challenging environments
• Skilled in building strong relationships with pupils
• Committed to inclusive and therapeutic approaches to learning
• Able to commute to Flitwick
