A friendly and well-resourced nursery setting in Chester is seeking a Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role supporting children aged 2–4, ideal for someone who loves early years education and understands how crucial the first stages of learning are.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting learning through play and structured activities
  • Assisting with personal care, mealtimes and routines
  • Promoting language, social and emotional development
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a nursery or EYFS setting
  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/EYFS qualification (preferred)
  • Is caring, energetic and dependable
  • Understands safeguarding and early childhood development
