Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our growing agency team, supporting a range of nurseries across the local area.

The Role

As part of our team, you will:

  • Support nurseries with day-to-day staffing needs
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years
  • Create safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environments
  • Follow nursery policies and EYFS guidelines
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years preferred
  • Previous nursery experience essential
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Reliable, professional, and adaptable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
