Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a warm, welcoming primary school in the LA2 area to recruit a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner for their exciting new pre-school unit opening this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing early years professional to join a supportive school community and play a key role in establishing a brand-new provision from the very beginning.
The school is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, offering flexibility for the right candidate. This is a long-term position, providing stability throughout the academic year, with the strong potential of a direct school contract from January 2027 for the successful candidate.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Holds a Level 3 Early Years or Childcare Qualification (essential)
✅ Has experience working within a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting
✅ Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
✅ Is passionate about supporting young children's development
✅ Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ Has a caring, positive, and proactive approach
✅ Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
