Nursery Practitioner - Everton Expiring soon

Are you passionate about supporting young children and contributing to their early education? If so, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a Nursery Practitioner to join a respected nursery based in Everton.

We are a well-established nursery providing a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Our mission is to deliver high-quality care and early years education, ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role within our team, working alongside experienced colleagues to create a nurturing and inspiring setting for the children. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, supporting personal care routines, assisting with mealtimes, and fostering a warm and positive atmosphere.

• Plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Monitor, assess, and record children’s development and progress.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children and their parents or carers.
• Ensure the nursery environment remains safe, clean, and hygienic at all times.
• Support children’s emotional well-being, offering comfort and reassurance when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

• A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
