Teaching Personnel is working closely with one of our welcoming and nurturing nurseries in Dorset, who are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team this September. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Create a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
  • Support children's learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Encourage communication, creativity and confidence in every child.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Observe, monitor and record children's progress in line with the EYFS Framework.
  • Help maintain a fun, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) (desirable but not essential depending on experience).
  • Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Is patient, caring and passionate about supporting children's development.
  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every day.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
