Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum
  * Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
  * Adapt teaching to suit a range of abilities and learning needs
  * Promote positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
  * Monitor and assess pupil progress
  * Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and senior staff
  * Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Newly Qualified Teacher or currently completing ECT induction
✔ Enthusiastic and eager to develop professionally
✔ Strong communication and classroom management skills
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
