Salary: £29,344 - £44,919 (MPS/UPS)

Are you a passionate and skilled Music Teacher ready to bring energy, creativity, and inspiration to the classroom? A thriving secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join their team and help students discover their musical voice.

• Teach engaging, high-quality Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

• Inspire students through performance, composition, listening, and appraisal activities

• Create an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages creativity and self-expression

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of a rich and varied Music curriculum

• Support and lead extracurricular activities such as school productions, choirs, bands, and concerts

• Foster a love for music across a range of genres and cultures

• Collaborate with colleagues in the arts department to drive engagement and excellence

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or working towards it

• A degree in Music or a closely related subject

• Strong classroom presence and the ability to motivate and inspire students

• Competence in at least one instrument and experience with music technology is desirable

• A proactive, creative approach to teaching and learning

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaborative working
