🌟 About the Role As a Supply Teacher in Redditch middle schools (ages 9–13), you’ll deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, maintaining continuity in learning while creating a positive and focused classroom environment.
These roles offer a mix of:
- Pre-planned lesson delivery
- General cover across subjects
- Short-term and longer-term placements
You’ll be stepping into
supportive schools with strong behaviour and welcoming staff teams, making your day-to-day experience smooth and rewarding.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, 3, or middle school age range
- Confident classroom management and adaptability
- A positive, proactive approach to teaching
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
