Job Title: Midday Supervisor

Location: CF5 Area

Salary: £12.90 per day

Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week, during midday hours

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the well-being and safety of our students during lunchtime hours. The Midday Supervisor will be responsible for supervising students during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety, promoting positive behaviour, and facilitating a welcoming environment within the school premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage respectful interactions among students.
  • Address any incidents or conflicts that may arise during lunchtime, following school policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the setup and cleanup of lunch areas as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a cohesive and supportive school environment.
  • Attend relevant training sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
  • Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and safeguarding training.
