Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a secondary school in Wolverhampton.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging and purposeful MFL lessons.
- Teaching a Modern Foreign Language across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach at GCSE level.
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages communication, cultural awareness and a passion for languages.
- Differentiating and adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND and other additional needs.
- Assessing, marking and providing constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Working collaboratively within the MFL department to contribute to the continued success of the faculty.
- Supporting the wider development of students through positive relationships, high expectations and effective classroom management.
- Encouraging students to develop confidence in speaking, listening, reading and writing in their chosen language.
The School Are Looking For
- MFL ECTs or fully qualified MFL Teachers.
- Experience teaching MFL within UK secondary school classrooms.
- The ability to teach French, Spanish or another Modern Foreign Language.
- Strong knowledge of the MFL curriculum.
- Experience teaching GCSE MFL and familiarity with relevant examination boards.
- A calm, professional and engaging classroom presence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire enthusiasm and confidence in language learning.
- Flexibility, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting student progress.
- A commitment to creating a caring, inclusive and positive learning environment.
