Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and fully qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to work in a secondary school setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in Modern Foreign Languages (e.g., French, Spanish, or German) to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5). You will play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment and encouraging students to achieve their full potential.

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and attainment
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK is essential
  • Proven experience teaching MFL within a secondary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for languages
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
