Are you an experienced and passionate MFL Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young learners? Teaching Personnel Permanent Workforce Team are currently working alongside a Secondary School based in Essex who are seeking a MFL Teacher to join their school in ASAP.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality in French to Secondary School students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement and achievement.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student progress and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student performance as required.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall development of our school community.

 

Requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching degree.
  • Proven experience as a MFL Teacher, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring and organized learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners.
  • UK resident with right to work 
  • Hold an enhanced DBS
