Additionally, you will collaborate with mental health professionals, therapists, and other specialists to implement personalized support plans tailored to each student's needs.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for supporting the mental health and well-being of students with special needs.
• Previous experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, preferably in an educational or therapeutic setting.
• Knowledge of various mental health conditions and effective strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and staff members.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to safeguarding protocols.
